# Transformar ticket em task

> Leve um incidente do helpdesk para a sprint do time de produto.

Escopos necessários: `tickets:read`, `agile:read` e `agile:write`. A empresa precisa ter o ambiente Agile habilitado.

**1. Escolha o projeto e a sprint**

**2. Crie a task a partir do ticket**

```

O título e a descrição são copiados do ticket, e a task guarda o vínculo em `sourceTicketId`.

**3. Atribua e acompanhe**

Use `GET /projects/{id}/members` para obter os IDs dos responsáveis:
